Lexis Meza

Lexis Meza is a junior at the University of Arizona majoring in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology with minors in Latin American Studies and Educational Psychology. She incorporates her own experiential knowledge as a first gen Mexican American into her passions surrounding environmental education, biocultural conservation, and community development with the intention of making environmental spaces more inclusive and equitable for underrepresented and marginalized communities. Previously a Bio/Diversity intern, Lexis now works as an Intern Support Specialist for the Bio/Diversity Project, supporting interns throughout their experiential learning.
